On behalf of Landor LINKS and our partners, we’d like to thank you for exhibiting at Active City 2024, scheduled to take place at De Montfort University on the 16th and 17th July. We look forward to your insightful presentation and to a successful event.
To ensure that important communications regarding Active City Leicester are not inadvertently filtered into your email junk folder, it is essential to add conferences@landor.co.uk as a safe sender.
By including this email address in your safe senders list, you can ensure that you receive all relevant updates and information regarding the event without any risk of them being overlooked or missed.

Company Profile
If you have yet to supply a company logo (.eps file) and a 150-word profile text, please send these to Landor Conferences no later than Friday 28th June 2024.
The information will be used on the Active City Leicester Exhibiton page.
Guest list confirmation
Please provide your list of attendees to Landor Conferences and Daniel Simpson no later than Tuesday 9th July 2024
It's crucial to send details to both email addresses to prevent potential disruptions during the event.

Please ensure you put your company name on each item, this will make it easier to identify.

All items being delivered in advance of the event should be sent between Thursday 12th and Friday 13th July. DMU Staff will ensure items are in the exhibiton area on arrival for set up.

Please ensure that the exhibition name is clearly stated along with the date of the exhibition.

De Montfort University and Landor LINKS will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced.
Setup Time
The exhibition is taking place in the Food Village.
Exhibitors can begin setting up their stands on 15th July 2024 from 14:00 - 16:30 or between 08:00 - 09:15 on the morning of the conference.
We strongly advise all exhibitors to set up the day before the conference.
The exhibition opens from 09:30 on day one and 09:00 on day two.
All extension leads and any other electrics being brought in must be PAT tested. The item needs to have a PAT test label visible for health and safety inspections, any cables also need to be taped down.
Loading / Unloading
Exhibitors may park in the main car park (LE2 7DP) at DMU.
Access to the pedestrianised area outside the Food Village can be provided for heavier items. Please inform Landor Conferences by Friday 13th July if this will be required.
To gain access to the pedestrianised area, exhibitors would need to follow postcode LE2 7DP to Gateway Street and carry on to the bollards. Once there they will need to contact security on 0116 2577642 who will come and temporarily remove them to allow vehicle access.
Security will not remove the bollards unless they have prior information from DMU.
Vehicles that require access to parking may use the main pay and display car park. A ticket will need to be purchased.
Vehicle registration is required. Please provide this no later than Thursday 12th July.
Screen Hire Charges
Should you require a screen for your stand, the hire charges are as follows:
55" Screens at £450 + VAT
Screens are hired on a first-come, first served basis and must be ordered no later than Tuesday 9th July.
Post Event
Please ensure all your items are collected post-event by 10:00 AM on 18th July 2024 to avoid any additional charges from the venue.
